Sample Experiences
Past menus and formats designed as frameworks, not fixed offerings.
These experiences represent past private dinners, brunches, and chef’s table formats I’ve designed across different settings and moments. Each menu reflects a balance of seasonality, cultural influence, and intentional hospitality, rather than a static list of dishes.
Every experience begins with context the guest, the setting, the occasion and evolves through collaboration. Menus shift with product, pacing, and purpose, using food as a vehicle for connection, story, and craft.
What you’ll find here are examples of how I think, cook, and build experiences not templates to be replicated, but reference points for what we can create together.
